Cancellation Policy

- All bookings are to be paid and arranged via the website. If the slot you’re looking isn’t available, please contact me and I will see if I can accommodate you. - Full payment confirms your booking. Sessions will not go ahead if payment and the relevant paperwork is not received. - To receive the package deal, the full amount must be paid for in one go. - Pay as you go options are available and must be booked and paid for a minimum of 4 days in advance. - Sadly, as a small business I can’t offer refunds for purchased services. I can only reschedule your booking.
