Terms of Service

 
  1. All clients will have accepted Calders Pet Services Terms and Conditions, by signing the ‘Terms and Conditions’ form before any services commence.

  2. For ANY services, full payment must be made to secure the booking.

  3. For training packages, full payment must be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice, or by the date specified on the invoice via cash or bank transfer. If payment is not made within this time 3% of the total bill will be added for each day that the payment is overdue.

  4. While your pet is training with Calders Pet Services the client is responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they have occurred.

  5. Clients must make Calders Pet Services aware of any behavioural problems their pets may have at time of booking. Calders Pet Services reserves the right to refuse any bookings if not provided with correct information regarding the pets’ behaviour. Further Calders Pet Services reserves the right to cancel any future bookings if any behavioural problems whatsoever become apparent.

  6. Wherever possible pets should be insured by the client. Calders Pet Services reserves the right to refuse a booking for any animal which is not insured.     

  7. Calders Pet Service keeps your information and your pets’ strictly confidential. Calders Pet Service will only share photos of your pet on social media and the Calders Pet Services official website with your express permission. 

  8. Calders Pet Services will care for your pet as you would. Calders Pet Services will not be liable for any loss, injury or death whatsoever to a pet inside or outside the home whilst in their care. (Applicable to home visits).

    Cancellations and Amendments

  9. Cancellations or amendments for any services must be made a minimum of 36 hours before, otherwise the full charge will be made.

  10. Cancellations for any services with less than 1 week notice, 75% of the full charge will still be due.

  11. Cancellations for any services with less than 2 weeks notice, 50% of the full charge will still be due.

  12. In extreme weather conditions, Calders Pet Services has the right to cancel or alter any client bookings as they see fit.

  13. Training sessions are non- refundable.

  14. If a rearranged training session is not rebooked after a month following the original proposed date, the training session is void.

  15. If a client has cancelled more than x3 times in a row, Calders Pet Services has the right to refuse any future bookings.

    Home Visits (By request)

  16. Calders Pet Services will care for your pet as you would. Calders Pet Services will not be liable for any loss, injury or death whatsoever to a pet inside or outside the home whilst in their care.

  17. While your pet is in the care of Calders Pet Services the client is responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they have occurred.

  18. The client must provide all items for the pets to be cared for in the client’s absence. If any additional supplies are needed, while your pet is in the care of Calders Pet Services, they will be purchased by Calders Pet Services and then added to the invoice total.

  19. The client must provide Calders Pet Services with an emergency contact number or someone capable of giving instructions on behalf of the client. If the contact is not available, Calders Pet Services reserves the right to consult with the veterinary surgeon, and then to make a decision in the best interest of the animal.

    Covid-19 Procedures

  20. I use all my own equipment, which is disinfected after every training session.

  21. If you are concerned about Covid-19, please contact me directly to discuss extra precautions to be put in place.

  22. Calders Pet Services reserves the right to cancel/amend any training class/session if the client in question has contracted Covid-19 and is unwell.
